No buyers premiums or hidden costs, all items subject to applicable tax. We offer a 30 day warranty on any items with electronic/mechanical components, or if any items were misrepresented, unless items are listed "As-is". Otherwise, all items are final sale. Cancelled items are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee. All won items must be picked up/paid for during the pickup period for this auction event (Monday Feb 6 to Saturday Feb 1). Shippable items must be paid for during the pickup period, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to payment of your invoice. Failure to pickup items will lead to item forfeiture, and we will re-list them, and your account may be suspended. If you need an extension, full payment must be made online and you must contact us first. All purchases are subject to applicable taxes within Canada and prices are in CAD. Orders must be paid in full in order to collect any items. Items paid for and not picked up within 60 days of auction close, will be forfeit without refund to cover storage and handling costs.
ITEM CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A 10% RESTOCKING FEE
Items may only be returned if first approved via email. Items may only be returned if they are malfunctioning (not working as intended) or were misrepresented in our description. There are no returns for buyers remorse, or clothing that does not fit to your liking. All returns are at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover physical damage that occurs while in your possession and/or not present in the listing for the item. Claims for physical damage can only be made at the time of pickup and you are encouraged to inspect your items while you are on site. Attempting an abusive return or fraud return will result in permanent suspension. Fraud returns will result in criminal charges.
All auction items end on Sunday Feb 6, starting at 6pm, one after the other, every 5 seconds. There will be a 60 second auto extend if bids are placed in the final 60 seconds.
Once you've received your invoice, please reply with your requested pickup time. Just call when you get here, and we'll have your order prepared and brought out to you. We encourage you to checkout online, for a more streamlined checkout experience. If you are unable to pay online, you may pay onsite. We are offering free shipping on orders of $200 and over. This only applies to items marked "shippable", which are lightweight and small. Large and heavy items do not qualify for shipping. Courier is not included in free shipping. Some large and heavy items may be couriered in the GTA at a minimum charge of $20 per order and will vary based on distance. Those items will be marked "Pickup or Courier Only".
